The initial 75 MW project will be developed under the name of First American Eagle-1, Ltd which was incorporated in the state of South Dakota on December 4, 2008 as a for profit, corporation, with 100,000,000 shares of common stock authorized.

First American Eagle, will function as the primary developer and has been successful in obtaining full Lease Agreements for the first of four independent landholders in the area. The initial landholder brings the first 3440 strategic acreage, directly across the road from the local WAPA sub-station, to the project. In addition FAE is currently in final negotiations for an additional 12,000 plus acres in the same area. Several meetings have been conducted with the selected land holders and preliminary indications have been received by FAE as of November 1, 2008.

To date, FAE has been successful in obtaining Conditional Use permits from both Buffalo and Hyde counties, to erect the first two 60 meter meteorological wind monitoring towers at strategically located sites as determined by December site visits.

FAE's overall master plan includes the development of several other larger sites in the near future, and includes the possibility of developing a separate project on Crow Creek Sioux Tribal land, as part of a major community economic development out reach effort to benefit the tribe.

FAE management has been quick to realize and grasp the overall positive economic potential that successful wind generation in this area can mean to the Crow Creek Tribe specifically and the overall community in general. Not the least of which is the development of a major training center specifically for wind energy development opportunities in the State. Overall economic and social impact is a vital part of FAE's master plan strategy regarding the development of the overall wind energy potential in the area.
